Where taste interweaves
Trame is where feeling at home meets creativity, elegance and experimentation. Here, warmth and rigour, past and future, landscape and cuisine, interweave into a taste experience that seeks not only to nourish, but to leave a mark, to unite, like the threads of a fabric.

Executive Chef

The Cuisine
Behind every dish lies the story of a great professional partnership: one led by chef Simone Selva, who together with Mirko Pacifico as head chef and Davide Momoli as Maître and Sommelier, cultivates a shared vision with the talents that make up the team, where the excellence of raw ingredients meets the warmth of hospitality. A journey of faces and passion, designed to make you feel part of us from the very first moment.
The Family
A deep, centuries-old bond with hospitality and fine dining. The art of the table and hospitality have been the soul of this place for over two centuries. Today this tradition is renewed by the Tramet family, who, with the creative direction of the culinary vision entrusted to chef Simone Selva, have relaunched the entire agricultural estate, giving life to this evocative reality.
The Restaurant
Trame was born from the vision of reviving the deep history of this place, bringing back to life a 19th-century agricultural estate. These stones are a chapter of a story that continues today, within the walls of this relais.
The Bistrot
Dishes from the Heart. Our gastronomic heritage. Flavours that warm the soul, family recipes that tell our story enriched by the discoveries and passions of a lifetime. An intimate journey through the classics that make us feel at home.
Fasol Menin Winery
Founded in 1812, Fasol Menin Winery is a benchmark for Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Piave DOC wines. Led since 2020 by the Tramet family — Giulia and Alessandro — with 10 hectares of vineyards and approximately 150,000 bottles per year, the winery embodies a philosophy that unites art, innovation and sustainability.
Relais Borgo Taurino
A 19th-century agricultural estate brought back to life in the heart of the UNESCO Prosecco Hills. The relais offers an immersive experience of history, nature and hospitality, just steps from Ristorante Trame and Fasol Menin Winery.
The UNESCO Territory
The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Hills have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. A unique cultural landscape characterised by hogback hills, ciglioni — distinctive grassy terraces — and the traditional bellussera vine training system.
The core zone extends over 9,197 hectares, from Valdobbiadene to Vittorio Veneto, offering an unparalleled enogastronomic and landscape experience.
