Founded in 1812, Fasol Menin Winery is a benchmark for Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Piave DOC wines. Led since 2020 by the Tramet family — Giulia and Alessandro — with 10 hectares of vineyards and approximately 150,000 bottles per year, the winery embodies a philosophy that unites art, innovation and sustainability.

The Family

A deep, centuries-old bond with hospitality and fine dining. The art of the table and hospitality have been the soul of this place for over two centuries. Today this tradition is renewed by the Tramet family, who, with the creative direction of the culinary vision entrusted to chef Simone Selva, have relaunched the entire agricultural estate, giving life to this evocative reality.

The UNESCO Territory

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Hills have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. A unique cultural landscape characterised by hogback hills, ciglioni — distinctive grassy terraces — and the traditional bellussera vine training system. The core zone extends over 9,197 hectares, from Valdobbiadene to Vittorio Veneto, offering an unparalleled enogastronomic and landscape experience.
