Borgo Taurino was born from the vision of reviving the deep history of this place, bringing back to life a 19th-century agricultural estate in the heart of the UNESCO Prosecco Hills. A project that interweaves hospitality, fine dining and the culture of the territory in a single, evocative complex that is home to Ristorante Trame, the Bistrot and Fasol Menin Winery.

Within the Borgo Taurino complex, the Bistrot is where you rediscover the flavours that warm the soul. Family recipes, classics from the Venetian and Friulian tradition, enriched by the discoveries and passions of a lifetime.
