4.1 Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) as a tag management system. GTM does not collect personal data itself but facilitates the activation of other tracking services based on user consent.

4.2 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse site usage. GA4 collects navigation data in aggregate and anonymised form. Data is processed in the EU. Activated only with user consent.

4.3 Brevo (email delivery)

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for transactional email delivery related to the contact form. Brevo processes data in compliance with GDPR as a Data Processor.

4.4 Cloudflare

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc.) which may process navigation data for security and performance. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Data retention

• Contact form data: retained for the time necessary to fulfil the request, and no longer than 12 months.
• Analytics data: retained for 14 months (GA4 default), then aggregated and anonymised.

Some services (Google, Cloudflare) may involve data transfers to the United States. Such transfers are based on:
